The Generalitat promotes BIM technology in its public housing promotions

The Second Vice-President and Ministry of Housing and Bioclimatic Architecture of Valencia proposes to stimulate the BIM methodology in the forthcoming public housing tenders of Castelló, Alcoy and Valencia. The plan is already in the 2021 budget and will begin with the implementation of the BIM methodology with this type of project in order to acquire experience and knowledge for the other types of projects and processes of the Generalitat.
