MITMA supports the digitization of construction and building in Spain by regulating public grants to BIM training aimed at professional schools
At the beginning of February, the formalization of regulatory bases for the granting of public subsidies for training in BIM methodology applied to procurement was published in the Official Gazette of the State- Order TMA/94/2021.
This order aims to expand the number of professionals with specialized training in the BIM methodology, through the professional colleges and general councils of professional colleges, thus contributing to digitization in the construction and building sector.
The beneficiaries of these aids will be the Professional Colleges at national level and General Councils of Professional Colleges that have competence to organize common activities and services of interest to the collegiate, professional and training.
Applications for these grants will be opened once the call resolution of the Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Mobility and Urban Agenda is published in the BOE.
